Dumplings are interesting as they appear in almost every culture but differ in shape and filling. We want to introduce these various parcels to the food scene where they can stand alone and be celebrated as a delicious nourishing snack or meal.
Dumplings have a rich tradition in Chinese culture to symbolize wealth and good fortune. This is due to the shape resembling ancient Chinese currency. Making these delicious pillows of joy is no easy task and really requires teamwork; it usually takes a team to work together on the intricate prep work - assembly line of making dumplings from scratch.
Why Team Building?
With a big project on the horizon it is more important than ever to work together, as a team. We want an opportunity to improve our collaboration, to get out of the work environment and get to know our teammates on a personal level.
